Second Baby Seagull Back to the Gallery

We'd just finished cleaning the balcony from the last orphan's mess when a caring neighbour rescued this tiny seagull from the street, doing the cats out of yet another meal. This one is younger than the last and will take more frequent feeding. It hasn't quite learned to call its mother yet, but both parents are flying around keeping a lookout.

We'll continue to feed the baby by hand (only the finest sushi) and put out food for the parents in the hope that they'll soon take over the job.

That sea stuff is for the birds. It's nice and warm here next to the server cabinet.

Oops, here comes a human. That's my cue.

Oh, hello.

Soon I'll have feathers on these things and then you'll see me go!
